Sale items, jewelry, intimates, basics, and leggings are final sale. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we'll make things right.

Once your return is received, they will be inspected and processed. Please allow between 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
For orders under $75, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 will be added. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping. If needed, expedited shipping can be purchased and will be calculated based on the weight of the order.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after you purchase is complete.
