Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the US. 

What does shipping cost?

All orders qualify for free shipping at checkout. You'll also have the options to pay for expedited shipping; shipping is calculated by weight.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after you purchase is complete.

  • Free & Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Claim Clothing purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed/tags in place) can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Sale items, jewelry, intimates, basics, and leggings are final sale. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we'll make things right.

To return an item please follow the steps below:

  1.  Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.

Once your return is received, they will be inspected and processed. Please allow between 3-6 business days for your return to be processed.
